Calls for travel arrangements to the home agency are answered and fulfilled by Fulfillment Center (FC) agents. Air, hotel and car reservations, as well as ticket issuance, are processed in the home agency’s Name, Arc # & ticketing pseudo.
Traveler email inquiries and requests sent to the home agency, are responded to & fulfilled by FC agents.
FC agents trained in both the home agency’s GDS and Online Booking Tool (OBT) assist in building portals, programming, user training and tool implementation. They also respond to user’s technical questions related to their OBT.
Involves reconciliation of air, hotel, car and/or limo services booked by the home agency’s concierge desk for their VIP clients, and facilitating specific travel requests.
