Fulfillment Center (FC) Agents process, ticket and invoice, completed air reservations under the home agency’s name, ARC number and ticketing pseudo.
Client profile information, unused tickets and hotel rates are updated into the home agency’s GDS and Online Booking Systems.
Specific GDS queues (e.g. rejected PNRs, airline schedule changes, flight re-accommodations, special requests and etc.) are regularly checked and contents are processed following the guidelines as defined by the client.
Manage client relationships, conduct account reviews and generate reports on behalf of the home agency
