We are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant who is passionate about traveling. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Book flights, hotels and/or car reservation for customers
    Process ticket issuance, exchange, refunds, cancellations
  • Provide best routing and most cost effective flight/hotel/car reservation options
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the POD Supervisor

Requirements

  • College Graduate
  • Minimum of 3 years travel agency, airline and/or call center experience with travel accounts
  • High level customer service orientation and decision-making skills
  • CRS/GDS background a must (native Apollo or Sabre preferred)
  • Ability to project a positive reservations & sales attitude
    Excellent grasp of the English language, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Expert with International reservations and corporate travel
  • Experience with ticket issuance and invoicing an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Flexibility with shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities

  • Headcount, Tardiness, Leave, Absenteeism, and Schedule Swap Tracking for all teams
  • Responsible for planning, creating and communication of schedules for one or multiple teams
  • Interact and Communicate with team members around schedules
    Forecasting headcount and Service Level delivery on a regular basis or as requested
  • Identifying opportunities and suggesting way to improve efficiency of staffing and scheduling to management
  • Carrying out regular reporting and data management activities around scheduling.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Good analytical and numerical ability
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible schedule and impeccable attendance record.

Job Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in handling visa
• Keeping data organized, safe and available when needed
• Review, file, scan documents to be submitted to Immigration
• Discuss Visa Application procedures and requirements via face to face, telephone, mobile or Email
• Ensure fees were approved by manager before informing the client
• Maintain soft copies of Visa Requirements of various countries for future usage and reference
• Receive and review submitted documents for visa application
• Hand reviewed documents to Documentation Officer to double-check if already set for filing
• Notify clients regarding status of visa application
• Coordinate with client on necessary documents
• Answer phone lines inquiries from clients
• Create reports and maintain records
• Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• With 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Email
• Ability to problem solve in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information skillfully; and then develop solutions as appropriate
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
• Works well in group team environment
• Remain flexible with all aspects in the department

Job Summary

Training and development officers help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees’ skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within their organization. Increasingly, training and development officers are required to be strategic rather than reactive, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Monitoring of Transactions as per process guidelines
• Provides event-based and frequency-based feedback
• Assist in training and identifying the training needs of the team.
• Participates in Team Huddles and providing briefing on Quality Performance in the process.
• Brief New Agents joining the company about how the quality functions within the company
• Prepare, Analyze and Report Quality Trends of the Team
• Facilitates the Calibration Meeting to be attended by Operations and Training to ensure quality monitoring alignment.
• Ensures all Monitoring Forms of agents are coached and documented in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 3+ years corporate travel consultant/agent experience.
• EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills.
• Expert proficiency on Sabre GDS, Amadeus or Apollo
• Knowledge of ticketing procedures for airline, hotel and car rental systems.
• General Internet research skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Ability to maintain work volume and quality consistent with peers.
• Ability to work under the stress of and meet productivity standards and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision.
• Ability to train and coach other employees
• Flexible with shifting schedule
• Open-mindedness, flexibility and a team-oriented attitude in welcoming additional duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as requested.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Daily monitoring, sorting and working of queues to maintain quality control.
• Assisting with various special projects, whether OBT or Sabre- / Amadeus- related.
• Manually booking air, hotel, rail, car and other transportation reservations when OBTs fail.
• Handling airline exchanges for travelers.

Additional duties and responsibilities include:

• Researching and solving client concerns including itinerary, profile, policy, payment, and billing concerns.
• Assisting with new account implementations.
• Setting exemplary client relations standards by maintaining prompt response times and always communicating professionally and courteously.
• Keeping abreast of airline and OBT rules, regulations and current affairs and communicating relevant changes accordingly.
• Meeting service level goals related to phone and email etiquette, quality, and productivity.
• Maintaining client profiles as necessary (including updates to TSA and reward program information).
• Participating in team conference calls and meetings as scheduled.
• Assisting travelers with OBT challenges when attempting to book travel

Requirements

• Experience supporting OBTs, including Concur, Get There & New Travel.
• Knowledge of ticketing procedures for airline, hotel and car rental systems.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
