In the Philippines, most, if not all, travel management companies do not offer a formal, comprehensive training program for employees without travel agent experience.

Casto University's vision is to be the go-to institution that will provide the best training for aspiring travel advisors. We are dedicated to becoming the place to train and inspire the next generation of travel advisors in the Philippines.

In 2019, we graduated our first class of Casto University. Five of the six graduates were offered full-time employment with Casto Travel and have become fully integrated as part of our current teams who play vital roles as travel agents.

Goals & Benefits

Travel agencies typically hire travel advisors who are already seasoned. Casto University enables us to hire employees with no-to-minimal experience and train them in geography, the airline computer system, and travel agency responsibilities.

As the pioneering travel management company in this area, we can partner with other local travel management companies to train their employees. We can also offer this to colleges and universities as another avenue for their graduates, increasing their career options. Another important goal is to give back to our community.

This program is one way for us to give back and provide more opportunities and career options for people.
